Lake Forest is the closest location for drivers in Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente and Dana Point. Further north, our Costa Mesa and Brea shops will be a shorter drive.
Mobile installation is available across south county as well, and is worth asking about if the vehicle cannot be driven. It carries a separate service charge, quoted for your address before anything is booked.
What to bring
Yourself and the vehicle the device is going on. Not your license, not the court order, not the registration - none of it is needed at the appointment. Allow about an hour and a half for a standard vehicle, and expect to be shown how the device works before you leave.
If your device locks out
Call (844) 229-9122 before arranging a tow. A violation lockout can usually be cleared remotely, wherever the device was installed.
