Missed appointments will be charged a $35 fee. To avoid this fee, follow the link in your confirmation email if you need to cancel.
Scheduling an appointment does not cancel or overwrite any previously scheduled appointments. Online booking is for follow-up service only — mobile service and removal appointments must be scheduled by phone at (844) 229-9122.
We no longer accept physical payments at our service centers. You may pay over the phone or in shop with a credit/debit card, or by e-check using your bank account and routing number. A cashier's check or money order may be mailed to our corporate office, but payment must be received and applied to your account before your service appointment.
